As part of the landlord services team, JZ Design Group works with the building’s leasing team to determine the best solution to utilize existing space as much as possible while meeting the specific business’s needs and delivering efficient and innovative tenant solutions. Our growing team has experience completing projects in hundreds of buildings in the Houston area with spaces from smaller scale 500 sq ft to large scale projects that include multiple floors. JZ Design Group is a representative for owners and landlords paying close attention to their schedule and budget.

Our portfolio ranges from building re-positioning of Commercial buildings with public spaces that include Lobbies, elevator lobbies and restroom renovations. In addition, we specialize in amenity spaces such as conference centers, training environments, fitness centers, building lounges, and retail. JZ Design Group also specializes in Medical Office buildings (MOB) that include offices, clinics, and pharmacies.

With over 35 years of experience, our principal, David Henderson, who leads the landlord services team has worked on thousands of projects in hundreds of buildings in the Houston area and Gulf coast region, including Galveston, Sugar Land and The Woodlands. David’s ability to design for efficiency, cost effectiveness and aesthetics has earned a following of long term, repeat clients.
