Orbis Education is St Thomas University’s Nursing School. This project was an interior renovation and partially gutted full floor of approximately 19,700 square feet. The existing core and shell were to remain, but new additional public restrooms were provided along the core of the building. The nursing school includes a reception, student lounge, facility lounge, clinical skills lab, testing rooms and an office section.
