Used alternate materials with lesser cost but high-end corporate aesthetic to achieve the vision of the project within Harris County’s budget. Such alternative choices included porcelain slabs on the floor in lieu of marble tile, wood feature wall lieu of marble wall, and all LED lightening. These materials saved on cost and maintained the intended budget.

Communication is the key to a successful result. Designers, along with client, client representative, general contractor and construction manager contribute to completing a project on schedule.
